Launch the game and immediately go into the "Credits" section.

While in the Credits, press the following keys in your keyboard:

If you press them correctly and fast enough, you'll hear a sound and the "Cheats Panel" will be enabled over the "New Game" section.

The Cheats Panel is available in the full_version only.
